Recipe Description

dipThis whipped dip is a healthy alternative to high fat dips.
Use it with baked chips, veggies or as a spread on toast!
Ingredients:

- 16 oz container of low fat cottage cheese
- 2 Tablespoons fresh chopped chives
- 2 Tablespoons fresh chopped basil
- 2 Tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Juice from ½ lemon or about 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- Black pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth and creamy
