Recipe Description

1 can (6oz) white tuna packed in water
1 stalk celery, finely diced
4 radishes, finely diced
1 Tablespoon red onion, finely diced
½ Tart apple, like Granny Smith, diced
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons lime juice
3 Tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
¼ cup walnuts, chopped

Directions:

• Place the tuna in a bowl and flake with a fork
• Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
• Serve with whole wheat crackers, in a tortilla wrap, or on a bed of lettuce greens
• Makes 2 servings
