For a hot weather treat, freeze them for smoothie-cicles!

Ingredients:

Low fat yogurt, vanilla
Fresh fruit of your choosing, like strawberries, bananas, blueberries, or peaches
Low fat milk and/or orange juice

Directions:

In a blender, mix yogurt with fruit and blend until smooth. Add as much milk or orange juice as you wish and blend again to get the consistency you desire.
Chill and serve.d.
