  • 3 ounces low fat cheese, cubed (any variety)
  • 1-cup grapes
  • 1 apple, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1-cup strawberries, quartered
  • 4 ounces nonfat light fruited yogurt
  • Small wooden skewers


Wash the fruit before cutting and drain well. Dice cheese into bite-sized pieces. Cut apple and strawberries into bite sized pieces. Place the fruit and cheese on the skewers in order of your preference. Arrange on a small plate with yogurt in the center for dipping.
