- ½ cup raisins
- 4 oz diced chicken breast
- 2 apples, diced
- 1/3 cup celery, diced
- ¼ cup plain yogurt
- 2 Tbsp walnuts or pecans

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Chill for 30 minutes.
3. Enjoy on crackers or a whole wheat tortilla
